Is my personal data and transcript secure?
Absolutely. We take your privacy and professional security very seriously. When you upload your NABP CE transcript to generate your gap analysis, we delete the file from our servers within 10 minutes. All of your data is kept strictly confidential. For more details, please view our Privacy policy.
Does this work for my specific state?
Yes! Our algorithm is designed to cover the specific pharmacy continuing education requirements for all 50 states. Whether you need to track live hours, medication safety, or state-specific mandates, our dashboard is built to handle it.
Can I take my missing CEs directly on the RxPharmacist dashboard?
During this initial Beta launch, our platform focuses strictly on the gap analysis—showing you what you need and when you need it by. However, we are actively working on the next phase, which will allow you to enroll in and complete those missing CEs directly on our platform. Stay tuned!
What file format do I need to upload?
Currently, our system requires the official PDF format of your transcript downloaded directly from the NABP CPE Monitor website. Please be sure to do a 2-3 year lookback.
Will I be charged when the Beta ends?
No. By using the promo code CEPharm2026, you are securing free access to test our Beta dashboard. We will not automatically charge you or require a credit card upfront to use the free Beta.
How do I report an error with my gap analysis or provide feedback?
Because this is a Beta launch, we expect a few hiccups and heavily rely on your feedback to improve the algorithm! If you spot any discrepancies in your CE requirements, encounter a bug, or have ideas for new features, please email us directly at help@rxpharmacist.com.
Is Artificial Intelligence (AI) used to process my continuing education or licensure data?
No. We do not use AI because we prioritize absolute accuracy and data security. AI systems are prone to hallucinations and security gaps that do not meet our rigorous standards. We take your personal information very seriously. Ensuring your pharmacist licensure compliance is accurate and correct every single time requires the highest level of quality control, which we manage through secure, established processes rather than AI.
