We get it. You spent YEARS in pharmacy school, thousands of dollars, and may have some PTSD from finals week (especially during second year of pharmacy school). After all that struggle, time, and effort, you have now graduated, hopefully passed your MPJE and NAPLEX exams with the help of our guides, and ready to land your dream job!
The pharmacy profession has been in a tough job market. With increasing amounts of PharmD graduates, new pharmacy schools being opened, and the competitiveness of fellowships and residencies, it can be very frustrating to compete in this current market. That’s why we spent years to create this course to help you in learning how to get your dream job as well as how to seek non-traditional roles in our pharmacy profession.
We have used the concepts and teachings in this course you are about to take with our summer and fall interns each year since 2018, and each year they have all successfully landed jobs in areas that they desired! We are incredibly proud of this and even more excited to bring this content to YOU!
This course is divided into 7 modules of the following:
- Module 1- Understanding yourself to build your career (self-awareness)
- Module 2- Writing effective CVs and resumes
- Module 3- Networking, Networking, Networking!
- Module 4- The Art of Applying
- Module 5- Interviewing
- Module 6- Navigating and Negotiating Job Offers
- Module 7- Finance
- Module 8- Stress and Time Management
Additionally, you will have access to an hour 1:1 session with a seasoned pharmacist mentor as well as an hour small group monthly sessions that you can join to learn from your peers in breakout sessions each month during the 3-month program with this course. Please note the course access is set for 90-days.
